Unsere Rundreise in Neuseeland startete in Auckland.

Das Erste aufregende Ereignis war am Hot Water Beach in Hahei

auf der Nordinsel. Wir haben am Strand ein tiefes und grosses Loch in den Sand gebuddelt, bis das vulkanische Wasser an die Oberflaeche drang. Mit dem Blick auf den Ozean sassen wir in unserer heissen Badewanne und entspannten uns.

Our trip around New Zealand started in Auckland. The first exciting thing we did was at the Hot Water Beach in Hahei on the North Island. At the beach you could dig a hole and it would fill up with hot water where you can sit in and relax with a great view onto the ocean.

Unser naechster Trip war das Erkunden einer Hoehle. Wir sind im 11 Grad kalten Wasser gelaufen, geschwommen oder auf einem Reifen (liegend) ueber das Wasser gegleitet. Wir sahen tausende Gluehwuermern, Stalaktiten und Stalakmiten. Dies war echt beeindruckend.

The next exciting thing we did was Blackwater Rafting. It's not really rafting like anyone knows. You go into a cave and kind of explore the cave. You swim in freezing cold water (11 degress) or you lie on a tube or you walk through the cave. We saw thousands of glowworms which was just amazing.

In Rotorua genossen wir die farbenvielfalt widergespiegelt im Wasser von den Vulkanen. Das Wasser war rot, blau, gelb, gruen und orange. Dies war sehr schoen anzusehen.

We also went to Rotorua where you can enjoy all the colours shown in the water a volcanic can do. The water was red, blue, green, orange and yellow. It was great to see it.
